Required Documents for Admission at SN Nice Kids

To ensure a smooth admission process, parents/guardians are required to submit the following documents when enrolling their child at SN Nice Kids:

📄 Mandatory Documents:

✅ Duly Filled Admission Form (Available at our center or online)
✅ Birth Certificate (Copy for age verification)
✅ Two Recent Passport-Sized Photographs of the child
✅ Parent/Guardian’s ID Proof (Copy of Aadhar Card/Passport/Driving License)
✅ Medical Records (Vaccination card & any medical history)
✅ Emergency Contact Details (Alternative guardian’s contact information)
